2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer:-
“Hence prayed that Hon’ble Court be please to direct to the Registry to hand over the original cheque no.492460 of Punjab National Bank, dated 22/05/2025, drawn in favour of the applicant and deposited by the respondent No.-02 in compliance of this Hon’ble Court order dated 22/05/2025 passed in CrMP No-1703/2025, in exercising the inherent powers under section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 in the interest of justice.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court vide
order dated 22.05.2025, passed in Cr.M.P. No.1703/2025 had
directed the petitioner to handover the original cheque No.492460 of Punjab National Bank dated 22.05.2025 drawn in favour of respondent No.2 in the Registry of this Court on 22.05.2025 and further directed that respondent No.2 was at liberty to approach this Court and filed appropriate application for handing over the cheque to her. He further submits that due to such direction, the cheque has not been handed over to respondent No.2 till date, hence a direction be issued to the Registry to hand over the said cheque to the petitioner herein/complainant.

Taking into account the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the Registry is directed to handover the original cheque No.492460 of Punjab National Bank dated 22.05.2025 to the petitioner, which was issued by the respondent No.2 i.e. Avinash Netam in favour of the petitioner, after due verification of the identity of respondent No.2 and after obtaining receipt of the same.
5. With the aforesaid observation, instant Cr.M.P. is disposed of.
