1. The petitioners have filed the instant petition under Section 226 of the Constitution of India seeking following reliefs:
“(A). A writ and/or an order in the nature of appropriate writ do issue commanding and directing the respondent authorities to produce before this Hon'ble Court all the relevant records pertaining to the case of the petitioner. (B). A writ and/or an order in the nature of appropriate writ do issue quashing the letter dated 30.05.2025 issued by the respondent no.6 and further pleased to issue direction to the respondents to permit the petitioner to deposit the remaining the rice and further direct to provide the stake/lots to the petitioner as per the quantity of rice in the online portal. (C). A writ and/or an order in the nature of appropriate writ do directing the respondents to provide monetary compensation to the petitioner. (D).
Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the case.”

Learned counsel for the parties jointly contended that present writ petition may be disposed of with a direction to the concerned respondents-authorities to accept the remaining rice of the petitioners, subject to fresh joint verification on 20.06.2025 by the State Government, MARKFED and Food Corporation of India (FCI) in presence of the petitioners. 3. I have heard learned counsel appearing for the parties, perused the material/documents available on record including the reply filed by the respondents. 4. Considering facts of the case and above submissions of counsel for the parties, the instant writ petition is disposed of at this stage directing the concerned respondents-authorities to accept the remaining rice of the petitioners, subject to fresh joint verification on 20.06.2025 by the State Government, MARKFED and Food Corporation of India (FCI) in accordance with law and rules. CC as per rules. Sd/-
