Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that an application moved by the petitioners under Section 64 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (for short ‘the Act of 2013’) for apportionment of the compensation against the land acquisition has not been decided by the Collector. He would submit that a direction may be issued to the concerned Collector to decide it expeditiously. 2. On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for the State would oppose the submissions made by Mr. Patel. 3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and perused the documents placed on record. 4. Taking into consideration the limited prayer made by Mr. Patel, this petition at this juncture is disposed of with a direction to the concerned Collector to decide the pending application of the petitioners moved under the provisions of Section 64 of the Act of 2013 preferably within a period of 90 days from today. 5.
