Heard the parties
2. The petitioners have been made accused in connection with Hiranpur P.S. Case No. 39/2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 602/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 303(2) and 305(d) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned A.C.J.M., Pakur.
3. In the night of 05.07.2024, unknown persons entered in a temple and committed theft of jewelries and other ornaments worn by the goddess.
4. It was submitted that nothing incriminating was recovered from the possession of the petitioners. It was further submitted that the petitioners are in custody since 06.07.2024.
5. Mr. Shashi Kumar Verma, learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail.
6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioners, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Pakur in connection with Hiranpur P.S. Case No. 39/2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 602/2024.
