Koduru Village, R.S. Kondapur Mandal, Y.S.R. Kadapa District, along with other survey numbers, obstructing the ingress and egress to the land of the petitioner situated in Sy. Nos. 646/1G, 646/1H and 646/1H2 comprising of Ac.0.87 cents, Ac.0.82 cents and Ac.0.13 cents respectively totaling to Ac.1.82 cents as illegal, arbitrary, unjust, in violation of principles of natural Justice and infringing the rights guaranteed under Articles 14 and 300-A of Constitution of India and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents 2 and 4 to dispose of representations of the petitioner dated 09-06-2025 and 16-06- 2025 respectively filed before them complaining about the encroachment of Public rashta admeasuring Ac. 1.45 cents situated in Sy.No.645 of T. Koduru Village, RS Kondapur Mandal, YSR Kadapa District, obstructing the ingress and egress to the land of the petitioner situated in Sy.No.646/1G, 646/1H and 646/1H2 admeasuring Ac.0.87 cents, Ac.0.82 cents and Ac.0.13 cents respectively totaling to Ac. 1.82 cents out of Ac.4.99 cents for T. Koduru Village, R.S. Kondapur Mandal, Y.S.R. Kadapa District, purchased by her pending disposal of the above Writ Petition, as otherwise, the petitioner herein will suffer irreparable loss and injury, and pass Counsel for the Petitioner: 1. The petitioner is the absolute owner and possessor of Ac.1.52 cents and Ac.0.15 cents in Sy.No.644/1G2; Ac.1.50 cents in Sy.No.644/1H; Ac.0.87 cents in Sy.No.644/1A; Ac.0.82 cents in Sy.No.646/1A and Ac.0.13 cents in Sy.No.646/1H2 of T.Koduru Village, R.S.Kondapuram Mandal, Y.S.R.Kadapa District. The petitioner purchased the same under a registered sale deed dated 12.06.2024 bearing Document No.2359 of 2024. The name of the petitioner has been updated in the record of rights, and the 4th respondent issued the Pattadar Pass Book and Title Deed. 3. The 6th respondent started erecting the pole rods for installing the solar panels in a notified rastha in Sy.No.645 in an extent of Ac.1.45 cents of T.Koduru Village. Complaining the same, the above writ petition has been filed. 4. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions of the Tahsildar-4th respondent, would submit that the pole rods erected in rastha in Sy.No.645 were removed. 5. The learned Senior counsel appearing for the 6th respondent also asserted the same. 6. Thus, given the developments, pending the writ petition, the grievance of the petitioner is being redressed. No further orders are required. 7. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs.
