Learned Standing Counsel for the Respondents would submit that consequent to the enquiry, an explanation submitted by the Petitioner and final orders were passed terminating the Petitioner vide Proceedings dated 11.07.2025. 3. In that view, no cause survives in this Writ Petition. 4. Recording the submissions made, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous, leaving it open to the Petitioner to challenge the termination proceedings before appropriate Fora.
