Hon'ble Raj Beer Singh,J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. By means of the present application under Section - 528 B.N.S.S., the applicant has sought following relief :- "It is therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the Court of Judicial Magistrate, Firozabad to decide the Criminal Case No. 1942 of 2023 (Kamal Singh Vs. Smt. Pooja and Others), under Section - 156 (3) of Cr.P.C., P.S. - Linepar, which is converted into Complaint Case having Case No. 52286 of 2023, pending before the Court of Judicial Magistrate, P.S. - Linepar, District - Firozabad, expeditiously within the time framed as stipulated by this Hon'ble Court." 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that applicant has filed an application under Section - 156 (3) Cr.P.C. against opposite party no.2 and her family members, which was registered as a complaint case vide order dated 25.09.2023. The statement of complainant under Section - 200 Cr.P.C. has already been recorded but the matter is not being proceeded further and thus, a direction may be made to the concerned Court to decide the aforesaid case within specific time frame. 4. In view of aforesaid, the Court concerned is directed to expedite the proceedings of the aforesaid complaint case and to decide the same, as early as possible, provided there is no legal impediment. 5.
