CD called for has been produced. The allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner’s account had received the application fees pursuant to a fake advertisement issued. Page No.# 2/2 The learned Addl. P.P has pointed out from the CD that the petitioner has not been co-operating with the investigation and despite 4 rounds of interrogation he has not divulged the location of his mobile phone and other details of any co-conspirator with him. The learned Addl. P.P has submitted that the investigation is at initial stage and due to non co-operation of petitioner, there is little progress of the investigation. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has a three years old daughter and is a very poor man and he has been behind the bars for the last 35 days in custody. We have considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties and we have also gone through the contents of the CD. At this stage, this Court is not inclined to allow the petitioner to grant the privilege of bail. Accordingly, the bail application stands rejected at this stage of investigation.
