Instant writ petition has already been dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 30.07.2015, however, since petitioner was saddled with cost of Rs.5,000/-, which was not deposited, the writ petition has been listed before this Court. 2. This Court, vide order dated 03.02.2025, directed Registrar (Judicial) to ensure recovery of cost amount, by way of taking steps for attachment of his property/ arrest of petitioner, but thereafter, the cost of Rs.5,000/- has been deposited through Banker’s cheque dated 04.02.2025 in the name of Registrar General, Rajasthan High Court Bench, Jaipur. A copy of Banker’s cheque is enclosed with the file. 3. In such view of the matter, the copy of Banker’s cheque dated 04.02.2025 is taken on record and accordingly, the order dated 30.07.2015 stands complied with. 4.
