Page No.# 2/2 who was arrested on 15th of December 2025 in connection with Satgaon Police Station Case No. 222/2025 registered under Sections 74/75 (2) of the BNS, 2023. As per the allegations leveled in the FIR, the petitioner had used abusive languages against the informant and the informant was deeply aggrieved by such remarks since she was a respected member of the society. On the basis of the said FIR lodged on 15-12-2025, the petitioner was arrested on 15-12-2025 at 6 pm and was forwarded to the Remand Magistrate on 16-12-2025. I have gone through the contents of the FIR. In the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit to grant the privilege of bail to the petitioner in connection with Satgaon Police Station Case No. 222/2025, on furnishing a bond of Rs.5000/-, with two sureties of the like amount, to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kamrup Metro. The bail shall be further subject to the condition that the petitioner shall not in any manner communicate either with the informant or with any of the witnesses. The petitioner shall also make himself available for investigation, as and when required by the investigating authority. The instant bail application, accordingly stands disposed of.
