2. Although the petitioner has not contested the proceedings by filing written statement, statement has been made in paragraph 32 of the writ petition alleging that the learned Tribunal had interpreted the documents on the basis of discrepancies regarding age, etc.
3. Accordingly, on the said contradictory facts being brought to the notice of the learned counsel for the petitioner, he has prayed for withdrawal of the writ petition.
4. The prayer is allowed.

5. The writ petition is dismissed on withdrawal with liberty to the petitioner to approach again, if so advised.
6. The Tribunal Records have been received. The same shall be retained for 30 (thirty) days and thereafter, be sent back to the concerned Tribunal.
