This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer:
“…..to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents in continuing the petitioner under suspension without any review of suspension as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Art. 14 of Constitution of India, consequently direct the respondents to review suspension of petitioner, by considering representation

dated 12.02.2018 made by the petitioner, as there are no disciplinary proceedings initiated, in the interest of justice and pass other order or orders……”
2. Heard Sri G.V.Shivaji, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Sateesh Kumar Eerla, learned Standing Counsel for A.P. Tourism, appearing for the respondents 2 and 3.
3. Learned Standing Counsel for A.P. Tourism would submit that the petitioner was reinstated into service and also retired from service. The proceedings are placed on record.
4. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no
order as to costs.
