It is submitted that the earlier incumbent namely sole respondent in Contempt Case No. 231/2025 has since demitted office and therefore the present opposite party is required to be arrayed as respondent. Prayer is not objected to by the learned counsel representing the sole respondent in contempt case no. 231/2025. Accordingly, the interlocutory application stands allowed. Shri Paban Terang is permitted to be arrayed as respondent No. 2 in contempt case no. 231/2025 by filing amended cause title.
