This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:

2. None appeared for the petitioner. 3. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that as the matter in the present petition is civil in nature, the respondent-Police are not interfering into the civil dispute between the petitioner and the unofficial respondents herein. 4. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Police are directed not to interfere into the civil dispute between the parties and further, this order does not preclude the Police from taking proper decision over the issue by following due process of law. No order as to costs.
