Respondent Nos.1 and 2 were directed to consider the representations of the petitioners as referred above and pass appropriate orders within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order. 4. Counsel for Accused Nos.1 and 2 in compliance of the order passed by the learned single Judge has filed a memo stating that Accused No.2 has issued an endorsement dated 16.07.2024 denying the claim of the complainant herein. The copy of the endorsement has been produced along with the memo. 5. However, keeping in view the submission made by learned counsel for the parties and so also, keeping in view Section 2(b) and Sections 11 and 12 of Contempt of Courts Act inclusive of Article 215 of Constitution of India and the memo filed by the counsel for the accused, this contempt proceeding does not survive for consideration.
