Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 682/2024, arising out of Bero P.S. Case No. 40/2024, registered under Sections 302/ 201/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of learned A.J.C., No. XI, Ranchi. On 20.04.2024 at 5.00 p.m., the petitioner along with the co-accused persons had assaulted the brother of the Informant namely Sarwar Ansari, due to which, he succumbed to his injuries. It was submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against all the accused persons including the petitioner. It appears that similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by this court vide B.A. No. 9673/2024 and the case of the petitioner stands on similar footing. Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.J.C., No. XI, Ranchi in connection with S.T.
