Counsel for the petitioners submits that for the similar cause, the petitioners have already approached this Court by way of filing S.B.Civil Writ Petition No.13506/2021 and the same was withdrawn by the petitioners on 01.05.2023 with liberty to file a representation before the respondents and the respondents were directed to decide the same. Counsel submits that in pursuance of the aforesaid order, the petitioners submitted a representation before the respondents on 11.05.2023 but in-spite of passing of considerable time, till date the said representation has not been decided by the respondents by passing a reasoned and speaking (3 of 3) [CW-12997/2023] order. Counsel submits that a direction be issued to the respondents to decide the representation of the petitioner swithin a time frame. 2. Counsel for the respondents has no objection in case such direction be issued by this Court. 3. Considering the limited prayer made by the counsel for the petitioners, the instant writ petition stands disposed of by issuing a direction to the respondents to decide the representation dated 11.05.2023 (pending, if any) expeditiously as early as possible preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified a copy of this order. 4.
