Learned counsel would now submit that during the subsistence of the subject petition, the Deputy Commissioner himself has passed an order which is in tune with law and was in favour of the petitioner. Learned counsel further submits that the respondents have called that in question in a separate petition. 2. In the light of the challenge being raised by the respondents in a separate petition, the subject petition as - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:22371 WP No. 14941 of 2021 submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner is rendered infructuous and is disposed as having become infructuous. 3.
