This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:

“.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondent No.2 herein in not taking any action on the Representation of the petitioner dated 02.06.2025, 03.07.2025 submitted by the petitioner as being illegal, arbitrary, unjust and unconstitutional against the principles of natural justice and also violation of Article 14, 19 and 21 of Constitution of India. Consequently, direct the Respondents herein to act upon the representation dt. 02.06.2025, 03.07.2025 and to take action in accordance with law.”

Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that, based on the complaint given by the Petitioner, a case in Crime No.158 of 2025 for the offences under Sections 64(2)(m), 318(2), 351(2) of BNS and Section 5(l) read with6 of POCSO Act and Sections 3(2)(va) and 3(2)(v) of SCST (PoA) Act has been registered against the unofficial Respondents. 3. Sri Babuji Tenneti, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit, recording the same, the petition may be disposed of. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
