The grievance of the petitioner is that the 5th respondent is interfering with the possession and enjoyment of an extent of Ac.2-47 cents in Sy.No.153-1 & Ac.1-81 cents in Sy.No.153-2 of Mallavaram Village, Podili Mandal, Prakasam District without following due process. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner purchased the aforementioned property under a registered document bearing No.4763/2025 dated 25.06.2025. The 5th respondent updated the name of the petitioner in the record of rights. Copy of pahani in respect of Ac.2-47 cents has been filed under Ex.P.2. 3 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, submits that the 5th respondent is not interfering with the petitioner’s possession over the subject property. The submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader is recorded. 5. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage with the consent of learned counsel on either side directing the 5th respondent not to interfere with the petitioner’s possession over Ac.2-47 cents in Sy.No.153-1 and Ac.1-81 cents in Sy.No.153-2 of Mallavaram Village, Podili Mandal, Prakasam District, without following due process. No order as to costs.
