ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of the respondents not to take any action against the 6th respondent on my representation dated 10- 07-2023 and not to providing police protection/ aid to the .Yesu Krupa Pradhana Mandhiram Gandhi Nagaram. and not to allowing the devotees into the church hall for praying is illegal, arbitrary and violation of Principle of natural justice and offends under Article 25 to 28 of the Indian Constitution and consequently direct the respondents to provide police protection/ aid to the Yesu Krupa Pradhana Mandhiram Gandhi Nagaram and allow the devotees in the church for praying which is locked by the 6th respondent and pass….”
2. Heard Sri Chetan Ponnuru, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents would submit that since the representation made by the petitioner is a Spandana Application, which might have been closed by the police long back. He would further submit that let there be a direction to the petitioner to make a fresh representation, in case of any grievance.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of, giving liberty to the petitioner to make a fresh representation.
5. Considering the submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to make a fresh representation to the police, if the alleged disturbance is still continuing. On filing such representation, the respondent police are directed to look into the contents and take appropriate decision over the matter according to law, within a period of one (1) week from the date of receipt of such representation. There shall be no order as to costs.
