Petitioner before this Court was directed vide impugned order dated 03.01.2025 passed by Manager of Shri Krishak Kanya Inter College Bahanpur, Hathras to handover the charge of Ad hoc/ Officiating Principal despite she being the senior most Teacher. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that in impugned order there is a reference of letter dated 02.01.2025 issued by District Inspector of Schools, Hathras, however a copy of which has not been provided by Manager of concerned College to petitioner despite request. Petitioner has not sought copy of said letter from District Inspector of Schools, however an application under Right to Information Act has been filed. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submits that copy of letter dated 02.01.2025 will be provided to petitioner, if there is no legal impediment. 5. In aforesaid circumstances, since copy of letter dated 02.01.2025 is not on record, therefore, Court is not aware about the reasons, if any, assigned therein. 6. In view of above, this writ petition is disposed of that District Inspector of Schools, Hathras as well as Manager of Shri Krishak Kanya Inter College Bahanpur, Hathras are directed to provide a copy of letter dated 02.01.2025 to petitioner positively within a period of three weeks from today and thereafter petitioner will have liberty to avail remedy in accordance with law. If petitioner is constrained to approach this Court again for similar relief, the Court may take a strict view against concerned respondents.
