Petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 324 of 2024 arising out of Bokaro Steel City P.S. Case No. 132 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. No. 854 of 2024 for the offences registered under section 302 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Bokaro. 3. Husband of the Informant was found murdered at a place near Sector IIA, Ladkakhanda School. During the course of investigation, petitioner was apprehended and, on his confession, bloodstained boulder was recovered. 4. Mr. B.M. Tripathi, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, submitted that the deceased had died due to asphyxia because of hanging. 5. Mr. Shailesh Kumar Sinha, learned A.P.P has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that several lacerated wounds and fracture were found on the person of the deceased and bloodstained boulder was recovered on the basis of confession of the petitioner. 6.
