Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with Kuchai P.S. Case No. 12 of 2024, Corresponding to N.D.P.S. Case No. 18 of 2024, MCRA NO. 722/2024, registered under sections 8(b),15(b), 17(b), 18 of N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the court of Learned Principal District & Sessions Judge, Seraikella. It was submitted that 36 kg of poppy husk were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was further submitted that the quantum of seized contraband comes within the purview of intermediary quantity. It was finally submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail and after going through the case she submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.
