After due contest by order dated 03.08.2015, the learned I Additional Junior Civil Judge, Rajahmundry dismissed the said petition. 04. Aggrieved by it, the plaintiff preferred this revision. 05. Learned counsel for the revision petitioner submits that the very suit was disposed and therefore nothing survives for consideration in this revision. 06. In the result, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
