Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that as the matter in the present petition is civil in nature, the respondent-Police are not interfering into the civil dispute between the petitioner and the unofficial respondents herein. 3. Sri Seshadri Goalla, learned counsel for the petitioner has requested to dispose of the present petition by the said submission. 4. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Police are directed not to interfere into the civil dispute between the parties. No order as to costs.
