No crime is registered against the petitioner or his family members and prays that appropriate orders may be passed by disposing of this Writ Petition. 3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that recording the said submission, appropriate directions may be passed to the respondent Police and may dispose of this Writ Petition. 4. In that view, it is apposite to direct the respondent Police not to call the Petitioner or his family members to the Police Station without there being any 3 cause warranting their presence since no crime has been registered against the Petitioner/his family members as on this date. 5.
