THE HONOURABLE'SRI JUSTICE K SREENIVASA REDDY CRIMINAL PETITION NO: 215 OF 2025 ORDER: This Criminal Petition, under Sections 480 and 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed by the petitioners/Al to A4, seeking bail, in Crime No.342/2024 of Visakhapatnam G.R.P.
2. A case has been registered against the petitioners and others for the offences under Sections 20(b)(ii)(C) read with 8(c) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotrop-lc Substances Act. 3. The case of the prosecut-Ion is that: On 07.10.2024 in between ll.30 am and 1.30 pm, on receipt of credible information regarding illegal possession and transportation of ganja, the S.I of Police, G.R.P., V'lsakhapatnam, along with staff conducted search on platform no.7 of Visakhapatnam Railway Station and found Al to A4 and one CICL under suspicious position. On enquiry, they disclosed their ident-lty particulars and police seized 22 kgs of ganja from their possession.
Police arrested Al to A4 and got them remanded to judicial custody on 07.10.2024. 4. Heard. Perused the record. 5. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that as many aS ll were examined and they are yet to file charge sheet. L I * 2

A perusal of the inaterjal avaI'lable --.-I uI credl'ble informatl'on, poll'ce arrested Al to A4 i.e. the petjtI'Oners herein, and sel'zed 22 kgs of ganja from thelr possession. petitI-Oners were arrested on o7.10.2024 and sl'nce then they have been ,'n judl'cl'al remand. The petI-tiOners are I-n J'udI-C''al remand for more than 100 days. Learned Assistant public prosecutor submitted that major part of I-nVestjgatl'on I-s completed. 7 ln vlew of the aforesaI'd facts and circumstances of the case, this court l's l'ncII'ned to grant ba" to the petI-tjOners herein, on the following conditions.
