Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. Perused the record. 6. As seen from the record, the de-facto complainant lodged a report with the police merely stating that about 19 persons beat him with sticks and stones. However, in the statement of L.W.1, several names were I mentioned. The allegations against the present petitioner are only omnibus in nature, and no specific overt act has been attributed to hiin. ln similar circumstances, this Court in Crl.P.No.6481 of 2024 granted pre-arrest bail to Accused NoI17. The case of the petitioner also stands on a similar footing. 7.
