Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC:31149-DB Court No. - 42 Case :- CRIMINAL MISC. WRIT PETITION No. - 4127 of 2025 Petitioner :- Dileep Kumar And Another Respondent :- State Of Uttar Pradesh And 2 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Ashish Jaiswal,Pramod Kumar Yadav Counsel for Respondent :- G.A. Hon'ble Mahesh Chandra Tripathi,J. Hon'ble Prashant Kumar,J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, Ms. Divya Ojha, learned A.G.A.-I for the State-respondents and perused the record. 2. The relief sought in this petition is for quashing of the F.I.R. dated 15.03.2024 registered as Case Crime No.363, 366 of I.P.C., P.S. - Mariyahu, District- Jaunpur 3. Learned A.G.A. submits that in the present matter Final Report has already been submitted on 19.2.2025 before the competent court and as such the writ petition has rendered itself as infructuous as the cause for filing the writ petition no more survives and the same is liable to be dismissed. 4. Considering the categorical statement of learned A.G.A., we are not inclined to proceed further in the matter. Needless to say, in case the petitioner is aggrieved with the submission of final report, it is always open to him to agitate before the appropriate forum. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. Order Date :- 5.3.2025 Sachin (Prashant Kumar,J.) (Mahesh Chandra Tripathi,J.)
