This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the writ petition is aggrieved by the order dated January 4, 2024 whereby the petitioner has been directed to submit certain documents for new electricity connection. 3. Upon hearing the counsel appearing on behalf of the parties and perusing the record, we are of the view that the petitioner has not supplied the documents as sought by the respondent authorities, and accordingly, no right accrue to the petitioner as of now. 4. The petitioner is directed to provide the documents as sought by the respondent authorities and upon such documents being provided by the petitioner including proof of residence, the authority concerned is directed to proceed in accordance with law. 5.
