Petitioners have been made accused in connection with S.T. No. 184 of 2022 arising out of Adityapur P.S. Case No. 74 of 2022 for the offences registered under sections 302, 201, 109, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-1, Saraikella. 3. On 03.05.2022 at 12.30 midnight, son of the Informant namely Kartik Gope was murdered by the accused persons. 4. It was submitted that though, the petitioner no. 2 is not named in the FIR, whereas petitioner no. 1 has been named in the FIR, but there is general and omnibus allegation against all the accused persons. It was further submitted that co-accused persons Santosh Thapa and Subhash Pramanik have been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court and the case of the petitioners stands on similar footing. 5. In view of the submission made above, petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-1, Saraikella in connection with S.T.
