However, he Digitally signed by NADIM MOHLE -2- would submit that the learned trial Court may be directed to expedite the proceedings of trial. He would also submit that there is concurrent findings recorded by the learned Courts below that the plaintiff could not adduce document(s) establishing his possession over the suit property. He would contend that the petitioners are not making any prayer for grant of temporary injunction, but defendants may be directed to not make any third party interest till the disposal of the civil suit. 2) Permission granted. 3) Accordingly, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 4) Learned trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and make all endevour to conclude the proceedings expeditiously.
