Musahary, learned Standing Counsel, Secondary Education, by placing the copy of the order issued by the Joint Secretary to the Government of Assam, Department of School Education, Janata Bhawan, Dispur, Guwahati, submits that an amount of Rs. 4,32,518/- (Rupees Four Lakh Thirty Two Thousand Five Hundred Eighteen) only has been sanctioned for release of arrear salary to the petitioner. 4. In view of above and as agreed to by the learned counsels for the parties, the writ petition has become infructuous. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed as infructuous. 6. The copy of the sanction order, in respect of Smti Shibani Malakar, Sr. Assistant in Biroja Sundari High School, District, Sribhumi, is made a part of the record and marked as ‘x’ for identification.
