For the reasons stated in the application, more particularly, in para 4 thereof, we find sufficient cause having been carved out, which prevented the applicant from filing the accompanying appeal within the prescribed period of limitation. Accordingly, we deem it appropriate to condone the delay of 72 days that has crept up in filing the petition. The application stands disposed of.
