Islam, learned counsel for the applicant, who submits that by filing this application, the applicant seeks impleadment of the Controller, Assam State School Education Board and the Secretary of the same Board as respondent Nos. 4 and 5 in the connected writ petition. He submits that due to inadvertence, they were not impleaded when the writ petition was filed and therefore, for effective adjudication of the writ petition, the prayer made by the applicant may be allowed.
