Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner made an application dated 23.12.2022 to conduct a survey and demarcate the boundaries in respect of the petitioner’s land to an extent of Ac.0-11 14 cents in Sy.No.67/1 of Tamarakollu Village, Kaikaluru Mandal, Eluru District. Thereafter, the petitioner made another representation dated 24.01.2023. He also filed W.P.No.10970 of 2023, and the said writ petition was disposed of on 28.04.2023, directing the respondents therein to dispose of the F-line application within three months. The 4^'' respondent herein issued three notices, Ex.P.2. However, the survey has not been completed so far. 2. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue on oral instructions would submit that the respondents 3 and 4 will complete the survey in respect of the petitioner’s land to an extent of Ac.0-11 14 cents in Sy.No.67/1 of Tamarakollu Village, Kaikaluru Mandal, Eluru District. 3. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, without touching the merits of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage 4. 3 with the consent of learned counsel on either side directing the respondents 3 and 4 to complete the survey in respect of the petitioner’s land to an extent of Ac.0-11 >2 cents in Sy.No.67/1 of Tamarakollu Village, Kaikaluru Mandal, Eluru District, strictly as per law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
