Learned counsel for the applicant submits that she does not want to press this application as the summoning order is yet to be passed. Therefore, she may be permitted to withdraw this application with liberty to the applicant to approach this Court after the summoning order is passed. 4. In view of the above request, the application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. 5. Certified copy of the impugned order, if any, may be returned to the counsel for the applicant after retaining a photocopy of the same on record.
