From the order dated 9.6.2023, we gather that the bank had to approach the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Etmadpur, Agra for implementation of the order passed under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002. 3. Under such circumstances, we provide that the concerned bank may approach the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Etmadpur, Agra, within a period of 10 days from today. As and when the application is made, the official concerned would look into the matter within the next one month, and see to it that the petitioner who is the auction purchaser is provided the possession. 4. With these observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
