The grievance of the petitioner is that respondents 2 to 4 are interfering with the petitioner’s possession and enjoyment of the property of an extent of Ac.1.04 cents in Sy.No.148/2 of Pernamitta Revenue Village, Santhanuthalapadu Mandal, Prakasam District, without issuing any notice. 2. Heard Sri V. Saketh Roy, learned counsel representing Sri B. Vamsi Krishna, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri G. Divya Theja, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, appeared for respondents 1 to 4. Notice of respondents 5 & 6 is dispensed with since no adverse orders are passed against the rights and interests of respondents 5 & 6. 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the absolute owner and possessor of an extent of Ac.1.04 cents in Sy.No.148/2 of Pernamitta Revenue Village, Santhanuthalapadu Mandal, Prakasam District, by General Power of Attorney dated 22.04.2021 executed by one Sri Kadapa Kameswari and others. At the behest of respondents 5 & 6, respondents 2 to 4 are trying to dispossess the petitioner. 4. Sri G. Divya Theja, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, would submit that respondents 2 to 4 are not interfering with the aforementioned property. The same is recorded. 5. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, without touching the merits of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of both the learned counsel, directing the respondents 2 to 4 not to interfere with an extent of Ac.1.04 cents in Sy.No.148/2 of Pernamitta
