The petitioner herein who was aspiring to be promoted to the post of Process Server in the Office of the Member, M.A.C.T., Kamrup, Amingaon was aggrieved by the order dated 04.11.2025 issued by the Registrar (Vigilance), Gauhati High Court whereby the respondent No. 4 was transferred to the said post. 3. It is submitted that pursuant to the filing of the instant writ petition, the impugned order dated 04.11.2025 has already been recalled and in that regard a Notification dated 07.11.2025 has been placed before this Court, which is kept on record and marked with the letter “X”. 4.
