Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be content if directions are issued to the respondents/State to decide the matter, with regard to the parole, within the stipulated period. 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment?

3. In view of the above, the present petition is
disposed of, at this stage, by directing the respondents to decide the matter, regarding the parole application of the petitioner, within a period of 5 days, from today.
4. Needless to say that after the decision of the said application, the petitioner would be at liberty to approach this Court, if need so arises.
5. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
