1. Heard Mr. A. Z. Ahmed, learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. P. Borthakur, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, Assam appearing for the State respondent.
2. This petition under Section 482 BNSS is filed for granting the privilege of pre-arrest bail to the petitioners, namely, (1) Sheikh Sadi Ahmed (2) Sheikh Shakil Ahmed (3) Rezaul Karim Mondal (4) Ashraful Alom Mondal (5) Nur Uddin Mondal and (6) Jolenur Mondal, apprehending arrest in connection with South Salmara P.S. Case
No.
71/2025 registered
u/s 329(3)/118(2)/115(2)/109/3(5)BNS.
3. The Case diary, as called for, is placed before the Court.
4. It may be mentioned that by order, dated 31.07.2025 the petitioner No.1 was granted interim bail and pursuant to which he was stated to be appeared before the IO for recording statement.

5. The case has already been charge-sheeted and stated to be at the stage of appearance.
6. Accordingly, the interim pre-arrest bail granted to the petitioner No.1, vide order, dated 31.07.2025 is hereby made absolute, with regard to the same conditions.
7. It is also provided that in the event of arrest of the petitioner Nos.2 to 6, named above, in connection with above mentioned case, they shall be released on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- each with a suitable surety each of the like amount, to the satisfaction of the arresting authority. The direction for pre-arrest bail is subject to the conditions that the petitioners: (a) Shall be available for trial; (b) Shall not intimate or harass the informant and his family member. (c) Shall not hamper or tamper with the evidence of the case.
8. Violation of any of the bail condition shall entail cancellation of bail.
9. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application stands allowed and
