Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. This writ petition has been filed for the following relief:- "I. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the order dated 24.01.2025 passed by the respondent no.3 in case no.5711 of 2023 computerized case no. T202311170705711 (Gaon Samaj versus Sanjay Upadhyay and others) (contained as Annexure no.1 to this writ petition) whereby the petitioner has been directed to be dispossessed from the land being arazi no.613 admeasuring area0.063 hectare and arazi no.614 admeasuring area 0.0130 hectare situated at village Balaun Tehsil Debaie District Buland Shahar and damages of Rs.500000/- has been imposed. II. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents not to dispossess the petitioner from the disputed land and drop the proceeding under section 67 of U.P.Revenue Code." 3. Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection that petitioner has alternative remedy of filing appeal under the provisions of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4. In view of the availability of alternative remedy, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. 5.
