Petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. No. 67 of 2021 arising out of Khunti P.S. Case No. 187 of 2020 for the offences registered under sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of District and Additional Sessions Judge-2, Khunti. 3. On 08.11.2020 at about 11.00 a.m., headless body of a male was found lying near Ghaghra bridge. During the course of investigation, petitioner and co-accused Somlal Munda @ Sanika Munda were apprehended and, on their confession, murder weapon was recovered. 4. It appears that trial of the case is under progress. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, her prayer for bail stands rejected.
