The rectification application has been filed for rectification of orders passed by respondent no. 2 on a complaint of the petitioner under Section 31 of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016. It is stated to be pending since last eight months. 3. Learned counsel for respondent no. 2 on basis of instructions, states that the rectification application was heard by respondent no. 2 on 15.1.2025 and order has been reserved. 4.
