Sarma, learned Addl. Senior Govt. Advocate. 2. By filing this IA, the applicant has prayed for restoration of WP(C) 3994/2019, which was dismissed for non-prosecution by order dated 31.05.2023. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that although his name appeared in the cause list, but he missed the matter and therefore, default has occurred. 3. Although the learned standing counsel for the FT matters has opposed the prayer but considering the explanation rendered, the prayer made in this application stands allowed. Page No.# 3/3 4. The order dated 31.05.2023, thereby dismissing WP(C) 3994/2019 for non-prosecution is recalled and the proceedings of WP(C) 3994/2019 is restored to file. 5.
