Chauhan,J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The present writ petition is filed with the following prayer: "i. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding to the respondents to provide statement of bank account No.414155050240332 to the petitioner within stipulated. ii. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding to the respondents not take harass and take any coercive action against the petitioner for recovery of loan amount." 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has filed an application before the Bank concerned on 04.12.2024 for providing statement of account, which is pending consideration. The direction may be issued for expeditious disposal of the same. 4. Sri Ram Prakash Shukla, learned counsel for the Bank submits that application of the petitioner would be decided in accordance with law. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is hereby directed that application of the petitioner dated 04.12.2024 pending before respondent No.2- Branch Manager Sarai Mohiddinpur Kashi Gomiti Sayat Gramin Bank, Jaunpur, Baroda U.P. Bank. be decided expeditiously preferably within a period of fifteen days from the date of production of a certified copy of this order. 6.
