This is an application under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023, praying for grant of bail to the petitioner, who has been in judicial custody since 25.10.2025 in connection with Panigaon P.S. Case No. 77/2025, registered under Section 64(1) of the BNS, 2023 read with Sections 4/ 14/ 15 of the POCSO Act and Section 67 (b) of the Information Technology Act, 2000. 3. The petitioner aged about 18 years is stated to be a student. The allegations against the petitioner are that he had love relation with a minor girl with whom he had physical relationship and following a fight, the accused had shared the photographs and clips in a What’s App group. The informant had lodged the FIR. The informant is the brother of the victim. 4. The case diary as called for is received and perused. 5. I have considered the submissions of both the learned Addl. Public Prosecutor as well as the learned Amicus Curiae, who have opposed the prayer for bail. 6. On going through the statements of the victim and also the fact and circumstances of the case that the petitioner is aged about 18 years and he is said to be preparing for Higher Secondary Examination, which is scheduled to be held shortly and the fact that the mobile phone through which the relationship videos shared is also seized, this Court deems it fit to grant the privilege of bail to the accused in connection with Panigaon P.S. Case No. 77/2025. 7. 7. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with a surety of the like amount, subject to the satisfaction of the jurisdictional Magistrate under the following conditions that the petitioner:- Page No.# 3/3 i. shall appear before the Investigation Officer of said Panigaon P.S. Case No. 77/2025 as and when he is required for necessary investigation; ii. shall not leave the territorial jurisdiction of Panigaon P.S., without obtaining prior written permission from the concerned Investigation Officer of the case; iii. shall not hamper the investigation, or tamper with the evidence of the case; and iv. shall not, directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case, so as to dissuade them from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any Police Officer; 8.
