No. 528 of 2024 arising out of Baliapur P.S. Case No. 04 of 2011 for the offences registered under section 395 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Dhanbad. 3. On 25.01.2011 at about 7.00 p.m., Informant was waylaid by 4-5 dacoits at a place near Belgaria Colony. Dacoits looted three thousand rupees, mobile phone and other articles from the Informant. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is neither named in the FIR, nor he was put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. 5. Mr. V.S. Sahay, learned A.P.P has opposed the prayer for bail, but does not dispute the aforesaid facts. 6. In view of the submission made above, petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Dhanbad in connection with S.T.
